Date: 12/11/08

ATLANTA, Dec 11, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ProConcept Marketing Group, Inc. (PMKT) announces it has signed a multi year contract with Marsalle Company, a nationwide distributor and importer of fine sprits and wines. The contract has an estimated value of more than $3 Million, over the next 4 years. Marsalle will be utilizing the marketing expertise of ProConcept exclusively, including developing and managing sponsorship/endorsement opportunities for its celebrity clients. ProConcept is expecting to rapidly increase its brand awareness and sales of Marsalle product lines which include vodka, cognac, tequila, rum, scotch and Irish cream. The vodka sales in the US top more than 500 million bottles sold per year while a total of 180 million bottles of Cognac were sold in the 12-month period from October 2007 and over 100 million bottles of Tequila. The market potential is huge for all the spirits.

Marsalle's mission is to provide foreign suppliers with a reliable partner in the United States that will focus on brand building and sales success. Marsalle strives to add uniqueness to the retailer's shelves by offering points of distinction and unique brand selection that give consumers options and opportunities to try new things.

ProConcept will secure the talent of high profile Pop and Hip Hop artist to endorse, advertise and promote the specialty products represented by Marsalle. In addition to the distribution to liquor stores in over 48 states through Marsalle, ProConcept has partnered with many restaurants that will carry the products within the bars.

The primary strategy is to employ entertainers from two talent groups, the urban market and the country market. The nucleus of the urban market is recognized as the most cost effective and the most influential of any marketing demographics.

"Marsalle has tested a few of the products with ProConcept and is pleased with feedback and results. We are looking at the right mix of products to add to the ProConcept's portfolio," stated Joel Stohlman, CEO of ProConcept Marketing Group. The Projected Revenues of ProConcept should be in excess of $400,000 in 2009 and more than $700,000 in 2010.

Some products will naturally appeal to other markets and others will have crossover appeal. Country, Pop and Rap artist will be contracted to endorse, market, and promote these products. It is well documented that once a product is branded in the Country Market, you have a loyal following.

"Marsalle Company is committed to market quality spirits and wines produced by prestigious families and companies from around the world. Our products will be offered to the trade with well planned marketing support, and offered to consumers at fair market prices. Marsalle Company will continue to anticipate and lead new market trends," stated James Todd, President Marsalle Company. (www.Marsalle.com)
