Joel Stohlman
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Stohlman serves as Chairman and CEO of ProConcept Marketing Group. Mr. Stohlman spent over four years in the research and development of the business model and plan for the Company. Mr. Stohlman was formerly the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Athlete Acquisition for several other companies. From 1989 to 2004, Mr. Stohlman was the President of North American operations for Swiss based Corporation. Responsible for major accounts, including Wal-Mart, Target, Starbucks, Braun, Sunbeam, Cuisinart, Waring, and development and startup of the infrastructure of US operations and formulating breakthrough marketing strategies for effective business plans; competitive analysis, market positioning, brand management, contract negotiation and supply chain integration, and overseeing the development, deployment, support and continuous improvement of overall business.

Reid Stone
Executive Vice President; Sales & Marketing
Mr. Stone serves as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ProConcept Marketing Group. Mr. Stone has been involved in the strategic marketing concepts of the company since its inception. Prior to ProConcept, Mr. Stone was the co-owner of ATLANTIC PROMOTIONS, INC., a specialty advertising business concern. Mr. Stone directed and managed a highly motivated sales team, and re-evaluated direction of company from a full service marketing agency rather than just a promotional products distributor, generating a growth of over 500 percent. He negotiated pricing with over 200 vendors, including capabilities to source with overseas suppliers in Taiwan, China, and Sri Lanka. Mr. Stone has patented, developed, manufactured and sold the world's first mobile, write on/off message board.

Ricardo A. Richardson
Vice Chairman
Mr. Richardson serves as Vice Chairman for ProConcept Marketing Group. He is also President & CEO of Continental Basketball Association (CBA) Properties, LLC; established in 1946, as the oldest professional basketball league in the United States. In his capacity, Mr. Richardson has implemented a global CBA licensing program to license the league in several countries including Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, and Great Britain. Prior to the CBA, Mr. Richardson was Chairman & CEO of Verias Consulting Group, Inc.; a business management consultancy representing American Basketball Association; Marketing Informatics; Adventure Transportation Systems; Springfield REIT. He served as Chief Operating Officer for each of these companies under a consulting agreement with Verias. Mr. Richardson was also EVP and COO of RealMed Corporation; a multi-million smart card claims adjudication company. RealMed was acquired by Anthem Blue Cross; CIT Group and Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation. Mr. Richardson is formerly a Senior Forecast Analyst for Roadway Global Air, an air freight logistics company and a health actuary for Indianapolis-based Golden Rule Insurance Company, which was the leading Medical Savings Account insurer in America. He also founded Jewel Financial Services, a financial and investment banking consulting firm. Mr. Richardson is a Certified Statistician, a Fellow of the Insurance Management Institute, a member of the Indiana Actuarial Society.

Dennis Scott
Director of Business affairs
No stranger to broadcasting, Scott hosted his own local television show while in Orlando entitled "The Dennis Scott Show," and a weekend show called "The Highlight Zone." He has made guest appearances on several Nickelodeon sitcoms, Dennis Scott one of the finalists among six former NBA players who competed for an NBA studio analyst position on ESPN's "Dream Job"

He has co-hosted the NBA's "Stay in School Jam," as part of NBA All-Star Weekend, served as a studio analyst for FSN South's "Southern Sports Report," and as was a sideline reporter for CBS.

Scott hosts a late-night show on 790 as well, called "3-D's After Dark." He also serves as the General Manager of the American Basketball Association's Atlanta Vision team


Ray Buchanan
Vice President of Business Development
For 12 NFL seasons, Ray Buchanan proudly carried the name "Big Play Ray" for his ability to make plays on the football field. Today, Buchanan is most widely recognized for his plays off the field, as a businessman, philanthropist, sports analyst and blossoming TV personality. He currently juggles an impressive array of successful professional and personal community outreach initiatives. Buchanan is currently an in-studio, NFL sports analyst for ESPN, where he now tracks some of the biggest plays in the NFL. Additionally, he continues his philanthropic outreach.

E. Jason Stone
Director of Caribbean Marketing
Mr. Stone is a career architect; after attending Howard University, he has been a consulted to, contracted with, or been employed by, many of the Fortune 500 most recognized corporations. His professional diversification is as various as the corporations, countries and individual projects.

Jason has also contracted with or been in the employment of some of the premier architects and architectural firms in the world on some of the most noteworthy projects.

Recently he has focused on custom homes and villas, the hospitality industry, and real estate development. Jason has designed custom home in California to Georgia, and custom villas in Turks & Caicos Islands, Jamaica, Nicaragua, and Brazil.

Mr. Stone is has personal contacts and/or relationships at the highest levels of governments and in the business communities in many of the Caribbean Islands. As a result of these contacts and relationships, he is introduced to and presented with many development opportunities. He now brings his talent and contacts to ProConcept Marketing Group as Director Caribbean Marketing.



Priest Weems
Director of Entertainment Marketing

Mr. Weems is very familiar in the entertainment/product promotions industry; for more than ten years he has promoted many events and products on their most significant campaigns in conjunction with the music industry . Ford Motor Company Ciroc Vodka (a Sean Combs label), Grey Goose, Remy Martin, Crown Royal, and the Jim Walker brands, and many more.

These promotion campaigns were jointly promoted with many of the premier artists, executives, and corporations in the entertainment industry: Atlantic Records, Mike Jones, Ceelo, Video Music Awards (VMA), Video Hits 1 (VH1), XXL Magazine, Sony BMG.

Mr. Weems served as Honorary Chairman and was a board member of the Business Advisory Council for the National Congressional Committee he was also presented with the National Leadership Award. He is a member of the National Football League (NFL) Alumni Committee.
