Eveline Cosmetics is one of the largest and fastest developing cosmetics producers in Poland. Founded more than 25 years ago its products are sold in 44 countries worldwide full range of products. ProConcept Marketing Group, Inc. has entered into a contract with Eveline Cosmetics N.A. in which ProConcept Marketing Group, Inc. will serve as exclusive distributor of the Eveline Cosmetic line throughout United States, Canada, Mexico, Jamaica, Turks & Caicos, Bahamas, Africa, Barbados and Bermuda. Alcohol Marketing and Distribution

The Company has entered into a consulting agreement with Marsalle Distributors, located in Chicago, Illinois, is a nationally recognized importer of fine spirits and wines. ProConcept Marketing Group, Inc. has agreed to introduce Marsalle to various Rap and Hip-Hop artists to represent spirit lines distributed by Marsalle.

The first of these artists has been signed. Currently, the Company has a contractual agreement with Hip Hop legend Rakim, to private label his own line of cognac under the name Mahogany brand. Mahogany is a Premium Blend Cognac and is one of the finest cognacs introduced to the market place today. The smooth taste rivals that of Courvoisier and Hennessey, yet with a much bolder and richer blend. The cognac has exacting standards of careful crafting and blending to make a smooth product. Everything about the production and crafting of Mahogany has a tradition of French cognac heritage. Mahogany embraces the culture of hip hop, rhythm and blues as endorsed by multi-platinum recording artist Rakim. Rakim was the face of Hennessey and assisted in branding the cognac in the multi-billion urban marketplace.

Water Filtration Systems

The Company has a complete line of home water filtration products that will be brought to the masses through specialty stores, mass retailers. The Company has entered into a license agreement with both Anna Filters and EDMS Ltd. with respect to certain water filtration products owned by Anna Filters and EDMS. The license agreement provides the Company with exclusive distribution rights to the water filtration products within North America.

In this age of fast food, synthetic medicines, and complex lifestyles, we tend to overlook the obvious. The human body performs millions of life-giving tasks with each passing second, and in each of these synchronized miracles there is one primary ingredient...WATER!

Sports Foil and Foil products are an innovative and patented product that brings a specialized galvanic process and combines it with expertise to the markets of giftware, cards and custom designs, corporate gifts, greeting cards, gift boxes, invitations, emblems and logos, room key cards, sports cards calling cards, Credit Cards, three dimensional Christmas ornaments, announcements, invitations, retail packaging, and sculptures.

This technique enables us to capture an endless variety of artistic design interpretations in permanent platinum, 24 karat gold, silver and copper foils. Only the finest quality materials are incorporated into the final product. The foils can be created in unlimited sizes, shapes and thicknesses. All that is needed is camera ready art. We can create a foil sample from a clear picture, design or logo.

Sports Foil provides a lasting impression and through our strategic partnership, ProConcept Marketing Group will secure NBA, NFL, MLS, NHL, MLB, Nascar, PGA players and other professional league licenses either direct or through a 3rd party. The Sports Foil involves all products which use Player Licensing or club logos or player images.
